Product production and inspection standards:
Air tightness: Under the air pressure of 20KPa, there is no air leakage at the joint of the one-way valve cover and the one-way valve body, and the contact surface of the upper and lower O-rings and the fittings.
Internal conical joint: The inner cone joint of the one-way valve body meets the requirements of the 6% Luer joint of GB/T1962.1.
Check valve spring spring performance:After 20 consecutive pressings of the spring through the inner cap, the spring should still be able to return to its original state.
Connection strength test: The connection between the one-way valve cover and the one-way valve body can withstand a force of 15N for 15s without cracking.
One-way conduction performance:The gas is connected to the valve cover end joint of the one-way valve, and the one-way valve can be ventilated smoothly under the pressure of 0.1MPa.
